Women’s Rights pertains many qualities against women to be divergent from men. Apart of an ideology that focuses on women being treated as equal to men is discrimination. It is important to be aware that women rights is be to identified as equivalent.  Discrimination and violence is a part of women rights and their fight. In the article “Discrimination: Inequality against women,” speaks the different responsibilities a woman is categorize in the position of discrimination and violence against women.  “Discrimination: Inequality against women” is a powerful article that the author Ms. Kanchan Saxena uses Logos, Pathos, and Ethos very well discussing women and their battle with discrimination and violence. Ms. Kanchan Saxena creates Logos in her article is stating evidence that will support and build her article starting with violence. “Battering is the leading causes of injury to women aged 15 to 44 in the U.S.  Approximately 50% of the homeless women and children in this country are on the streets because of violence in their home.  One fifth to one half of U.S. women were sexually abused as children at least once. Most of them by an older malrelative.  Nearly two third women who receive public assistance “welfare” have been abused by an intimate partner at some time in there” (Kanchan). Violence occur all around the world and in different settings. And to help build her article she acknowledges the a few facts about Violence, that women would go through in the land of the free. In speaking of the land of the free, considering that I am discussing Women Rights. Human Trafficking is a well-known violence that deals with women. And human trafficking happened all around the world which is forced, tricked and controlled under another person authority but against the other person own will. In the form of how the author use the pathos appeal is by reviewing traffickers control. “Making her work to pay back money they say she owes them, threatening to hurt her or her family, threatening to have her deported, taking away her passport, birth certificate, or ID card, preventing her from having contact with friends, family, or the outside world” (Kanchan). The emotional approach was achieved very well because it speaks upon the fear that is place upon a women and the terrible consequences that happens when the person disobey the controller.  The Ethos appeal applies to the article by building around discrimination of women. The Ethos of Ms. Kanchan Saxena can be built a lot stronger, the logos and pathos was very strong.

                In conclusion, Ms. Kanchan Saxena uses logos and pathos impressively good through her article but ethos not as strong. The article does cover violence and discrimination and as well as other qualities of women rights but lacks the credibility. The article shows comparison that is made between men and women, the inferior inequalities against women, and the power of men control. The law will protect everyone in which one stands but be more in the men circle but also hear the women views.

Discrimination Against Women

In a world where your decisions are not accountable because of your identity.  Issues pertaining to women that are taking place in the united states and all over the world that are not taking into action considering that 90 percent of females in Egypt are sexually mutilated and 60, 000 people in slavery in America today according to Jimmy Carter. Over 100 years’ women been fighting for women rights all over the world the for equivalent rights, and protection for all women. "In order for women rights to be justified as human rights to many violations would occur within women rights, since they are deprived from human rights."(Sayadmansour and Momenirad).  In the YouTube clip “Feminists Are SO Delusional They Don’t Realize the Fight for Women’s for Women Rights Has Been Won” actor Brendan Gleeson was asked does he think “Women rights are Men Issues.” and he stated “yes” I disagree, I believe women rights are women issues because of the nature, the culture, the qualities, and traditions. In my opinion, dealing with women rights for example: abortions, excluding abortions. But, clearly in the fifth and fourteenth amendments states women are legal to submit to an abortion. A woman decision should be based off her self-reflection and/or hypothesis. 

Women rights are also being fought to stop Substandard violence against all women. Malala Yousafzai is a 17-year-old educational activist that also stands for all women rights but ashamed for how the women of her country are treated and handle by their men. Malala Yousafzai is seen as a threat because how powerful she is.  she has won against sex trafficking and also winning a Nobel Peace Prize, an advocate for education and women rights. “Therefore, if women’s rights are recognized as human rights, women will have more effective procedures in international law for challenging violations of their rights.” (Sayadmansour and Momenirad).  Women would be more against their own laws then they would be toward human rights. Women will have more laws to aby by then the human rights. human rights are the fundamental elements to the women rights, so without the human right the women rights cannot stand alone. “Establishing women’s rights as human rights would have two practical advantages. It would enable women to reinforce their efforts within their several nation states by bringing the spotlight of international scrutiny upon the failure of their own governments to respect and secure their rights. It would also provide a means for challenging international practices and institutions that in this era of globalization transcend the jurisdiction of any single nation state. (Alireza Sayadmansour* and Ahmad Momenirad**). Human Rights are keeping women rights in orders so that women rights can stay protected. But if Women rights branch off into their own region, women would be known as their own nation as men is keeping everybody whole.

The Women Rights is a powerful a movement and the women rights needs to be operate in the right direction so our next generation will not be misconstrued of their identity. The progress of the women rights movement is a revolving issue that is global that has every one concern and joined in. Women would have an advance in the legal system if the women right we’re to become legal. But sense human rights have a part to the women rights, women will continue to have to defend and prove their justification to every action and knowledge.

Women Rights is a continue debate that is an uncomfortable topic but a constant conversation that cannot seem to be settle. Women of all color are over looked because the power of women and feminist title that politicians are afraid of. The starting point of women proclaiming their title started before the civil rights movements as they built their community to fight against the outrage claims that men dominant over women and receiving more power than women instead of equal rights as men. In article “The Prolonged Slavery of Women is the darkest page in human history” the author argues that segregation of colour is a part of holding women especially colour women from their rights. He then makes it a point to acknowledge that white women and colour women tried enfranchise to fight for women rights but that controversy did not work because the politicians were petrified from authority of power black educated women (Jad). When women enfranchise, the stability, the vigorous, the enlightened stance of their hard work comes before you, to make it a point that women rights matter just as equivalent to all men. Women are over looked because women are seen to do the background while men get applauded for the up-front work.  But, according to (Andrew Cayton) “Women mattered to the extent of their attachment to powerful men; young women mattered even more because their bodies, in particular their wombs, mattered. When society makes it satisfactory for women to stand behind the scene of men. When women play the role of the higher authority men get offended and try to destroy women nature.

From the time before the civil rights movement, during the civil rights movement; Dr. Sara Frear, associate professor of history, said male-dominated efforts often overshadowed the works and contributions made by women during the movement and that these frustrations helped shape the women’s own movement. and now present day after the civil rights movements can you believe women are still fighting for “women rights.” After all previous activist fighters such as Lucretia Mott, Elizabeth Cady Stanton, Sojourner Truth, Carrie Chapman Catt, Frances D. Gage, and Susan B. Anthony (Adams, Jad).  A lot of rights for women has been rejected and some has been more viewed. Women are quickly get stereotyped before knowing her background history. The issue is not basically colour women but most of the history begin from colour women to all women. And now present day all women of all race faces women discrimination of women right. “The United States could do more to use soft power to support the cause of women’s rights. For instance, it could tie aid money to reform and enforcement of laws that are in many cases already on the books. If this were done more systematically, there might be more coherent results.” (Soussan, Michael) From the events that occur with women in US there should not be reasonable of doubt to question the US ability but not every is perfect.

In Conclusion women rights are being more forced for women can have an equal opportunity as men. Women can have more authority over their own decision whether it’s from health conditions to finances. The ability of women is just as powerful of men and have the stability as men. “I do subscribe to the generalization that any group that targets women for violence and discrimination today is the most likely to become dangerous beyond the borders of the area it pretends to influence. More than ever, if we believe in the promotion of human rights, we must find more ways to hold governments accountable for advancing and protecting women’s rights (Soussan, Michael).” More organizations and awareness can be brought to fight for women rights if more women were more serious about the issue, meaning fighting more upon the issues.
